It's a remake of the 8-bit Spanish classic game by Zigurat. The game itself is some kind of "paint the floor tiles" Pacman style game.

This is a pacman clone that can be run in windows or (wait for it...) Mac OS (OS 9 and others), and also Debian Linux.
It's in black & white and has ghosts and powerpills but no cherry powerups. It really is quite basic, I'll admit.

Packdude is nothing more than just a game. Just a regular game like all other games out there. In fact this is even a lame game, it is just a Pacman clone. But at the same time, it has something that gives it much more power than any Pacman clone has ever had.
