So Figo gets a yellow card for a slight headbutt (but a headbutt), which should be a red and then the Dutch defender gets a 2nd yellow for catching Figo in the face. Hmm..... |

Wow. this ref needs to hand out red cards instead of yellow this game. It's absolutely getting out of control. edit: its criminal what some of these players are doing. ------------- |

New record of most cards in a World Cup match The referee was incredibly bad... Gave some cards when he shouldn't (most remarcably red to Deco), didn't give some he should of. Didn't mark an offside and hand by Netherlands... etc... Netherlands' players seemed very frustrated, and started pushing around the Portuguese players... EDIT: After all, now I saw that Deco got the red for holding the ball, although the player that grabed him should of got a card too... |

Of all the teams i've watched it seems argentina takes the most dives. Portugal was really good at getting the stretcher to come out (why there was over 6 minutes extra time...). ------------- |

Actually I thought it should have been 8-10 minutes extra time! What I disliked worse than the diving was the way players on both sides went down at the slightest touch and feigned an injury to try to get the other player booked or sent off. |
