Author's Description: This demo animates stylised sparks and smoke. It's been around for a while - I only just thought to add it here. It was the winning entry into the Pixelate particle effects competition. It uses 320x200x8 and runs fine on my P233. There's some snide comment in the readme about higher resolutions being insane, but I'm not quite sure about that now I've got an AthlonXP 1800 :D Anyway, enjoy :)

I graduated from Cambridge University UK in Computer Science in June 2004. I did Geology in my first year there, which was fun. I took French A-level at school, and as of summer 2003 I am learning Japanese by self-study (while trying not to forget my French). I used to study art, and I still try my hand at it from time to time. I play the piano and compose music.
