Mappy is just brilliant and thoroughly deserving a 10 if you do 2D/hex games. It's only 9 because the iso mode isn't really iso. Still, if you don't do iso, then it's 10 all the way :)

It's a map editor with some extra features. I normally create maps with mappy, then use a home-made script to convert the rather complex mappy map into a simple 3dimensional tile map.

Very usefull and complete map editor, good and easy to use playback library. Can export to GBA format !
