Author's Description: A skinnable "eyes" application. Add some personality to your desktop with this nice little program. A skin can have from 0 to 32 moving pupils, the skin is hot-pluggable.

From a coding point of view, the interesting part was to create the irregular shaped windows and the hot-plugging feature to exchange skins.

I added some new skins (including Dust Puppy and an evil PaperClip). This version will also use way less CPU resources.
