Compared to other games made with allegro, i simply think this game is nearly perfect. Just played the game and was a bit disappointed by the chinese menu, but i didn't use it at all. The paintings were perfect. Also, this game is just like pokemon in nintendo ds. It just needs to add the battle.

I really had fun playing this, but I was rather disappointed that it only had about 10 minutes of play and no battles took place, despite the source code indicating a battle system. Also, the monkey in the shop got stuck in the doorway a lot. (a bug?)

The game is in English, but the menu is in Chinese... I wasn't sure how to save the game, clicked on the wrong choice, and the game exited, so my progress was lost. :-( Also, is the game called Dream RPG, Fantastic Vacation, or Crystal Faith I? ;-) [I'd suggest picking one name and sticking to it, thanks.] In any case, it has good graphics and humor, and I like the characters too.

Played the english version, and now I could understand it fully: LOVE IT! Absolutely beautiful. I can't wait for Crystal Faith II.

This is a chinese game. So you do need to know chinese to play it. The story is very nice and it's very portable (thanks to the allegro library development teem). Although the original author create it under Windows using dev-cpp, I was able to port it to Linux without much trouble except having to change some small letter file names to capital letter.
