Author's Description: BLUE (Binary Level Ultimate Encryption)-----

BLUE is an encryption tool that allows you to encrypt any file at the binary level and have it password protected. Do you have sensitive data that you want protected? Use this program to ensure it is kept save. This new encryption algorithm has not been published to the public which adds an extra level of security against even the greatest of hackers.




ENCRYPTING:-----------------------
Type in the password to use to encrypt the file. This password will be needed to decrypt the file. Click the encrypt button to the left.
Navigate to the directory and file you want to encrypt and click OK. Next select the name and path to save your file. Extension should be ".blu".



DECRYPTING:-------------------------------
Type in the password in the password box.
Click the decrypt button to the right.
Navigate to the directory and file to decrypt and click OK.
Next select the name and path to save the decrypted file.

Example encrypted bitmap file.blu save as file.bmp.



TROUBLESHOOTING:---------------------------

**Error saving or opening files:

Make sure the directory is not read-only and your user has priveleges to write/read to the directory.

**Error message loading data:

Make sure you have not deleted the folder "Data/" which holds the data
files.
