8A high quality game but it is quite frustrating. It's hard to tell where the playfield is sometimes and the projectiles don't stand out against the background. I find that I have to look directly at the ship to avoid being killed so I can't concentrate on what I'm trying to shoot.

10This game really does have that retro feel, its really like playing an aged classic. It has what I consider to be the 3 retro elements down to an art being intense play, good quality music and real retro graphics. I also like the now typical Gaping Wolf story telling approach. It reminds me of the talking lion thing in HalfLight. One minor thing (for later on). It would be nice if I could use "enter" on the menu as well as Ctrl but I am not complaining.

10Very polished, console type shooter. And I mean really polished. It's fun - esp. when played with a game pad.
