The first tutorial is geared toward using MSVC++ somewhat, but they are
still useful for using any other compiler. They do not include information on how to install Allegro.

They are tutorials that teach how to set up allegro within the program (eg.
install_allegro(), install_keyboard(), etc), how to blit, masking,
buffering, timers, and general things like that.

The code is broken up line by line with a large amount of comments.
