They would never do a thing like that. They wouldn't even do it for more than 2 hours. Cause if they did...well I'd just plain go insane, and insane people can't make account payments, so...

They would never take all of them down for a month. People would complain to much and they would probably be sued. Not that I would, but someone most likely would try. Anyway they take them down regularly for maintenance for about 4 hours I think. I was on the other morning, and after 5 mins of playing a count down started for when they would be taking it offline. Of course, if it goes down for days at a time, people complain because those days eat into their paid subscription time. But Blizzard credits you if it gets that extreme. I remember when the countdown timer started just as we were closing in on the final boss of Gnomeregan. We were so pissed. >_< -- |
