I could use that one, too! What about uploading it somewhere, I guess there are quite some people who'd like to have it. If you can't/don't want to upload it please send it to me (tarin@gmx.net). Thank you in advance. |

Well, just in case this thing is really in demand (I'm dumb!). I uploaded the wingrabber.exe to my web site. http://vulcan.spaceports.com/~ltsword/misc/WinGrabber.exe note, I strongly suggest you don't use this program to make datafiles for use with anything less than allegro 3.9.33, because the old allegro might not be able to read it... |

I did not like the grabber that came with 3.9.3.2. It wouldn't minimize when I needed it too. |

I'm talking more like using 3.9.33 to make datafiles for 3.12 |

As far as I know, the only change is to the way fonts are stored (because of Unicode). So if there are no fonts, datafiles should be interchangeable. Obviously, 3.9.33 can read old-style fonts. I wasn't aware the compression algorithm had changed - or has it? -- |

The compression algorith? No it hasn't changed. The encryption however DID change. But Allegro 3.9.33+ should still be able to read the old datafiles. The opposite isn't true. Allegro 3.12 can't read encrypted datafiles created by the latest WIPs. -- |
