Timorg, I feel that bank has rather missed the point. "We will continue to monitor Twitter and fix these problems on a horribly ad-hoc who-shouts-loudest basis. It's an awesome idea. It means we get to continue employing the kind of hopeless people Sir Alan seems to attract, and continue paying them peanuts, and hopefully no one will know because the public are stupid and will fall for anything." :-X
