So now he will talk to her about lying and saying that he have said stuff which he haven't? She will reply to him that it is in fact you who are lying, and as you nor her has any proof he'll do... |

Actually, the boss said that would probably happen, so there's really no point in talking to her. This is good, because boss understands where I'm coming from and seems to relate to me. ------------ |

At least you have an ally, that's a good thing. The bad thing is, if she's the inseparable part of the company and has influence you're probably going to be "optimized" both (you and your boss). [My website][CppReference][Pixelate][Allegators worldwide][Who's online] |

The solution is to say "I do not know, I am real busy right now, come back later". Eventually she will find another person to annoy. |

I think it sounds really good. If he has the boss on "his side" it's enough and if anyone is optimized it's her. Or at least that is how it should work. |

Well but you must consider that there are even higher positioned people than his boss, and if she's such a bit*h as he says, she probably has her contacts on higher positions... [My website][CppReference][Pixelate][Allegators worldwide][Who's online] |

Don't be so sure that your boss isn't a turncoat. If this escalates, firing your ass could be the easy way out. |

...hmm... there's a picture of her in the office from 89 and she doesn't look like she's aged... she's been there for 25 years and seems to have no skills in anything she's doing... the only reason she is still there is because... she has always been there... it does not matter what she knows it's simply because she is the mascot... I'm betting she knows people even higher than your boss because she probably knows EVERYTHING that goes on in the building... Nobody wants to fire her cuz she's been there so long... and nobody wants to talk to her cuz she's a stupid b*tch... she's been there this long for a reason and has squashed so many before you I'm sure... RUN ONEWING... RUN... SHE IS THE ROACH IN THE APPARTMENT OF YOUR JOB... she will servive nuclear war of that company... she will be there till she retires... because people will keep giving her jobs... Your only options are to move to another appartment... or buy a house... or shoot her in the head... do everyone a favor... _____________________________________ |

Well, you can always hope she's stupid enough to get a Darwin award. |

Judging by his luck until now, she'll do so not by killing herself, but by messing up herself in a way preventing her from reproducing. And then, she'll go on and tell Steven everything about the accident, in excruciating detail, over and over again Honestly, Steven - try to get her fired, moved to another department, assigned to a different programmer or in any way removed from your immediate vicinity. If that proves to be impossible, and she is really THAT annoying, consider looking for another job. No amount of money is worth making your life a hell on Earth, and you're an adequately skilled programmer - you should find something good enough soon enough. --------------------------- |

Besides, the actual programming that I'm doing is somewhat out of my experience and not my personal joy. I like design work and this is mainly maintainning databases and solving little accounting program problems (ick). Although, other than her, it's a pretty laxed job. I mean, I'm on allegro.cc all day long. ------------ |

You should at least keep a log book of all the useful work you do (exactly what you did, when you did it and how long it took). That way if she claims your work as her own, you've got something to show otherwise. |

Hey, didn't anyone come up with this yet? She has a crush on you, you fool! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Years of thorough research have revealed that what people find beautiful about the Mandelbrot set is not the set itself, but all the rest. |
