If you've been following the results of the "What do you consider yourself to be?" poll, you would have noticed that at first, the Introverts were the massive majority, but as time went on, the Perverts have gradually been creeping up at the expense of the Introverts who have only recently started to lag behind the Perverts. Meanwhile, the Extroverts - although only a minority - have maintained a steady position in the poll. This tells me the following:

• Introverts spend a large proportion of their time hanging round here, so they saw the poll appear when it first appeared and took the chance to vote early. All the Introverts have by now voted, so there are no more left to keep up their standing in the poll.

• Perverts felt ashamed of their perversions at first, but as time went on, they eventually had the guts to admit it and 'out' themselves on the polls.

• Extroverts have better things to do in life than spend all their time on Allegro.cc, but they do check it out occasionally. They may only check it out on average once every poll-cycle so it means that an Extrovert has an even probability of logging in at any time of the poll-cycle. This stream of occasional Extroverts has meant that the number of people voting extrovert has remained constant over time - meaning that their vote-percentage remains constant.

Currently, the poll-results show only the percentages of votes. Maybe graphs of vote-percentages over time would shed yet more light into the habbits of the Allegro.cc community than vote-percentages alone.

Is there a list of past polls anywhere? What other quirks of the Allegro.cc community have been revealed by these polls?

I'd say it's about equal, although men have traditionally always had the role of "seekers", so to speak - we can, strictly etologically, generally spread our genes much faster, as opposed to females, who undergo a period of pregnancy during which they cannot propagate their genes further.

Me? I was one of the first people to admit it on the poll. I'm a 'Pervert' and not ashamed of it. I only consider myself a 'Pervert' because I can't decide if I'm an introvert or an extrovert so I chose the only other option which was 'Pervert'
