Is there a way to view the pictures in original size? They are all only 480 pixel for me but I'd like to see more detail (the landscape ones). -- |

First stop was to Vans Warped Tour 2010 then we head to Silver Creek Falls. Lots of beautiful waterfalls, girlfriends flashing their partners(I didn't think you guys would want to see that |

Elias, I just added download links for the full resolution versions to the original post. Trent, I like the effect, though it needs a bit more contrast. Edit: Here's one I took back in June that I like: {"name":"601962","src":"\/\/djungxnpq2nug.cloudfront.net\/image\/cache\/3\/a\/3a454b7b721e3407e730a053cf63a0e6.jpg","w":3623,"h":2415,"tn":"\/\/djungxnpq2nug.cloudfront.net\/image\/cache\/3\/a\/3a454b7b721e3407e730a053cf63a0e6"} __________________________________________________ |

Its funny though that this summer unlike all other summers I haven't taken any photos besides this one, {"name":"601945","src":"\/\/djungxnpq2nug.cloudfront.net\/image\/cache\/8\/e\/8e2823263c1c50763297e3e7fd8e4033.png","w":1023,"h":495,"tn":"\/\/djungxnpq2nug.cloudfront.net\/image\/cache\/8\/e\/8e2823263c1c50763297e3e7fd8e4033"} I have many photos but its not on my hard drive and I'm too lazy to find some. These are some textures I made from Lanikai. The other sets are from all over the island of Oahu. This set is from Koko'kai (near Hanauma Bay) or otherwise known as China Walls.

Fly on echinacea In June a young sparrow crashed into my window, so I nursed him for a few weeks until he was strong enough to survive on it's own. {"name":"601994","src":"\/\/djungxnpq2nug.cloudfront.net\/image\/cache\/1\/1\/11bccd59a67b2f0c987da6b548426b0f.jpg","w":800,"h":533,"tn":"\/\/djungxnpq2nug.cloudfront.net\/image\/cache\/1\/1\/11bccd59a67b2f0c987da6b548426b0f"} Perhaps one day we will find that the human factor is more complicated than space and time (Jean luc Picard) |

Love your pictures Steven and Ariesnl! What kind of cameras do you guys have? We spent any of my time out of Nursing school going to the park, lake, and bike riding and swimming. But I'm on my Laptop, so my newest pictures aren't on here. =D Otherwise, I'd post pictures of sheep brains that we got to dissect. >>; Sabrina: I've sigged you, will you sig me? -Thomas Fjellstrom 12-06-07 |

Nice. =D I have a Canon Powershot sx20. Had I a little more money, that would have been my choice! ^^ But at least I got a Canon. =) I had one before so I am very happy with it. ^^ Sabrina: I've sigged you, will you sig me? -Thomas Fjellstrom 12-06-07 |

I'm a Nikon snob myself. I used a Nikon D60 with the stock 18-55mm lens and a polarizing filter. I took some more pictures yesterday, but haven't processed them yet. __________________________________________________ |

Sorry for being so late to post, but anyway here is my contribution: A rat who was eating the bread I was sending to the ducks I wanted to select less picture, but July and August were very productive months in term of good photo. I have very good holidays and free time, hence the gigs of photos lying in my HardDrive. Also, I plan to sell my 400D. I'll send it with the original 18-55 and a 18-200, two 4gigs compact flash cards, two battery, and a polarized filter. If possible I want to have around 450 euros from the whole package. PM me if interested ^^ "Code is like shit - it only smells if it is not yours" |

GullRaDriel, those are some nice pictures. I particularly liked Sun's going to bed, part two and Sun rising. __________________________________________________ |

I feel so sorry that I didn't comment yours. My preferred from yours are the two last, the flower and the water thing. I love photos where the water is acting as a mirror. The "Fly on echinacea" from Ariesnl is a good one too, and the bird story is sooo cute Mark: If it's your own face then it's looking terrible on the picture. Not that the photo isn't good (it's more the contrary, it's a very good one) but the mood of that shot is strange and I don't know what "aht" is. Yea, that's my face. I adjusted the contrast to emphasize as much texture as I could (a lot of photoshop 'curves' and 'levels' work). I also shot as close as possible and zoomed out as much as possible, to stretch the face, and make it look even more odd. It's not meant to make my face look good, it's for "aht" (as in "art", with an accent) eg: http://www.cutewithchris.com/this_week_in_aht/ -- |

These are the pictures that I found amazing (although they arent mine). Its something called duck diving. Surfers do this to get under a breaking wave instead of riding them. Notice you can see the reef in the second picture. {"name":"602037","src":"\/\/djungxnpq2nug.cloudfront.net\/image\/cache\/3\/6\/363dc109c94f363d9dc92197931971ff.jpg","w":450,"h":299,"tn":"\/\/djungxnpq2nug.cloudfront.net\/image\/cache\/3\/6\/363dc109c94f363d9dc92197931971ff"}
