I have a google wave account. It runs ok in chrome, I haven't tried it in firefox. There are a few UI issues and sometimes messages take a few minutes to actually be sent. Overall its an OK interface and I'm sure it will improve quickly. I wondered if I would use wave for anything considering I already have email and instant messangers but I do see one nice thing about wave over email: lack of subjects. A good proportion of the emails I send have some stupid subject line that serves no purpose other than to distinguish the email from other threads. In wave you don't need to write a subject line at all. |

I tried to send a message to the friend who invited me. Did he get it? Ofcourse not. Why would he be logged into a wave website all day? |

Wave is (supposed) to save your messages and send them when it feels like. If it didn't work (which it didn't one or two times for me) then its just a bug. |

I have an account. Anybody need an invite? I'd you invite you, Mark, if I knew your email address. It would be cool if everyone were using it. I think the world would be a better place if you were able to delete emails after you sent them... The face of a child can say it all, especially the mouth part of the face. |

When I invited my friend it took a week or so before he received it. Their reason for the delay is that they have "a lot of stamps to lick." Hopefully they are nontoxic stamps. The face of a child can say it all, especially the mouth part of the face. |

i sent out invites yesterday, some to allegro, some to lab-mates, etc. I had 8 to give Some people i know got theirs within 10 minutes while others are still waiting :S. Anyways, mark i sent you your invite just now so we'll see how long it takes. ------------- |
