Hello All, I've installed allegro 4.2.2 but it doesn't appear I have the static libraries. I guess I'll need to compile from scratch. Is there a make command that will produce the static library? Thanks |

You can either use CMake and Allegro 4.4.3, or you can use mingw32-make STATICLINK=1 My Website! | EAGLE GUI Library Demos | My Deviant Art Gallery | Spiraloid Preview | A4 FontMaker | Skyline! Thx for the info, I'll try it tonight. I assume the STATICLINK=1 is the same for Cmake or is Cmake automatic with all libraries including static? Ace |

No, STATICLINK=1 is something that tells the old makefile for 4.2 to link statically. CMake doesn't know anything about it, nor would it do anything with 4.4.3. You set SHARED=On|Off in CMake in 4.4.3 for that. See here for details : That applies to 4.2 My Website! | EAGLE GUI Library Demos | My Deviant Art Gallery | Spiraloid Preview | A4 FontMaker | Skyline!
