Thomas: what dock do you use? I tried KSmoothdock and Kooldock, but both were buggy as hell and crashed from time to time.

I think that was kxdocker. It didn't crash, but some of the plugins didn't work? Couldn't get the pager to show up, I might have kept using it if it worked. -- |

I just tried kxdocker, not a good experience.. half of it was black in the background and some other problems. Any other suggestions for a similar application? |

Not bad. Screenshot attached (800x600, running in a VMware). Crashed once, though. Anyways, I am switching to Gnome, KDE is too bloated -- |

You photoshopped someone else's boobs onto her picture for your desktop? |

Hey now, XFCE is pretty nice. Good bye, fluxbox! |

Does anyone use FVWM? It's supposed to be a customisable window manager that can look like any of the other window managers. I'll be getting it when my computer is fixed. |

I took a look at FVWM.org - it does seem very customizable. I wonder, is it as stable as fluxbox or xfce? I'll have to try it sometime. |

For customization and speed I prefer IceWM. However, I have Fluxbox running in my DSL in the older computer. The computer boots much faster than this one, in less than 30 seconds. -- |

FVWM is looking pretty nice. The Redmond98 theme hits the spot well, I actually feel like I could be slightly more productive with this window manager. |

Just switched from the plain blue XP wallpaper, so here's mine {"name":"view.php","src":"\/\/djungxnpq2nug.cloudfront.net\/image\/cache\/e\/a\/eae7a704df5261ed487a0675775d05e1.png","w":640,"h":480,"tn":"\/\/djungxnpq2nug.cloudfront.net\/image\/cache\/e\/a\/eae7a704df5261ed487a0675775d05e1"}
