		<description><![CDATA[<div class="mockup v2"><p>I&#39;ve looked through the allegro online manual and all of them don&#39;t seem to give a function on how to draw a basic rectangle with adjustable size.  Can the bliter do that? It should right?  It&#39;s a basic function.</p><p>I am thinking of just making 2 bitmap&#39;s cover one another to have this effect.
