I'm creating a new thread because the allegro.cc won't allow me to reply to the old one.

Any way I've fixed a few minor bugs in the blit code I posted a few weeks ago and I finally created a diff patch as well. The only problem is that it is bigger then I expected. I made some other changes that should probably get a look over as well. Oh yeah and the changes I made to the Mode-X blit functions should probably be left out all together. I just don't know enough about Mode-X to create something that blits efficiently.

I'm posting the diff here because it's big and I don't want to send it to the dev list if it would just annoy people and I don't know enough about diff yet to make any edits to the file. Someone please give me some advice. Is some or all of the code usefull and worthy of a patch to Al 4.2? What should I do with it? I'm sure this new patch works 100% but then again I'm only 99.99% sure. I fixed the 24 and 32 bit MMX errors where the last few pixels were not drawn and I'm working on a test program that will graph out the speed vs. bitmap size/alignment to give a nice visual representation of all the blit functions performances.
Any give me some feedback (that is if anyone decides to check out the code) I'm just way I'm tired and I've got to record some crazy band tomorrow so zzzzzz :} (wish there was a sleepy smily face thing. it would get the point accross more easily.)

almost forgot the diff is attatched here if I did it right.
