		<description><![CDATA[<div class="mockup v2"><p>I tried Watcom a couple of times (11.0 I think). Not bad, and has a lot of useful tools. I think Watcom comes with a DOS compiler as well in the package, but cannot remember right now. If you ask me, stay with MinGW.
