I can do okay pixel-art, but never get any of my game projects to the point of getting serious about the gfx.
So I've been thinking about offering my graphiking services to someone else's project.

What I want:

Something pretty small and simple to start with. Maybe a simple platformer, shooter, puzzler, etc.

Confidence in the project's completion. ie. allready complete/near complete, open sources so I can complete it if needs be, convince me some other way.

Preferably low-res, low-colour, low-frames.

Almost certainly need to be open-sourced under a relatively unrestrictive license so I can make code additions, or finish off if you lose interest. eg. GPL.

Project done with Allegro.

Any/all of the above my be disregarded if I like the project enough.

What you can expect:

I can't mantain motivation long enough to finish my code work, possibly the same with the gfx side.

My pixel-art is nothing special, but I think it's above average for a coder.

Little experience with animation.

Generally don't expect too much, but I'm willing to give it a go. At least you will get some graphics.

Misc example work:

Low quality JPEG

Zipped PCX

Look up the gallery link in my sig for some more non-pixel-art.

If you are at all interested, then please post details of your project here.

Yep, you can use what you want, but I recommend you grab them from the PCX

If there's any interest I might package up a load of my old crap. Not that I have a great deal left after numerous destructive repartitions with minimal backups.
