Allegro 4.3.1 released!

Changes since 4.3.0:

MacOSX port is broken.
New mouse cursor API (doesn't work in Windows fullscreen modes).
Added some new API documentation with NaturalDocs.
New exnew_events.c example demonstrating the new API.
CMake and SCons build systems, mainly for Allegro developers.
Varios bugfixes and minor changes.

In the 4.31 version there is no makefile for the DJGPP/DOS platform.
Could a makefile added to the ZIP file? - Nicolaas

Might be worth mentioning that this is a release on the unstable branch? It looks a bit like, "the latest features for allegro are: we broke it!" which is worrisome if you don't know 4.3.x is very WIP. - Zaphos
