Dodger  
Excellent! Very addictive (and frustrating at times). Initially it seems like the perfect coffee-break game, but then you realise that your break is over before you know it!

Paranoid  
This a technically amazing game that succeeds 100% percent to provide the retro feel the developer wanted. As far as breakout/arkanoid clones go, it's good as a game too.

Sokoban Advance  
One of the best puzzle games on Allegro, even in its current unfinished state (v0.6). The isometric 3D engine is nice and the whole "Sokoban on 3D" idea allows for some excellent mind-benders. It has an Amiga feeling in it.
