IOTD: Everyone is doing 3D

Seems like the last few IOTD have been of 3D renderings of some sort. So I jumped on the bandwaggon. I haven't posted any IOTD for a while now anyway. This is a rendering from my objloader for AllegroGL which is starting to come together nicely with a few more things I want to add like automatic gourad normal generation and bump map loading from material files. So far I have extened the material set to include reflection maps as seen on the canopy of the jet. There are still artifacts in the translucent materials but I hope z sorting the polygons will fix that. After I'm satisfied with the obj loading I'll also add the support for 3ds loading as well.
Update: I fixed the translucent polygon artifacts by enabling backface culling only on translucent polygons and not on opaque ones. Seems to look like it should now with no artifacts anyway. - Steve Terry
