mode 7 tilemap library, by amarillion

This is a screenshot from my current project. I'm trying to organize some bits of code that are floating on my harddrive into a nice allegro add-on lib. It will be some sort of tilemap library complete with editor and functions for drawing rotated and "mode 7" tilemaps.
