Pixelate #10, by Grudge

A screenshot of Pixelate Issue #10 which has finally been released. It's been a while since any Pixelate issues have been released and the articles and feedback has slowed down to a complete halt. I'm going to try and start to release Pixelate again every month. To do this I'll need articles and other help from everybody who would like to see Pixelate alive again.
