I don't see how it's worse than a false alarm delivered via telephone, although the consequences for the target can be much worse nowadays with the prevalence of so-called "no-knock" warrants. They all watch too much MSNBC... they get ideas. |

Another probably worse problem is that SWAT teams are now armed like the military, and the attitudes of those officers can often be as if they are in a war zone, instead of a downtown apartment block or suburb. -- |
