Hi,

Beat Hazard Ultra is now out for Linux on Steam:

The Linux version uses Allegro 5.0!
Allegro is just amazing! Thanks for a great engine.;D

What does the Mac and Windows version use? Curious to know why Allegro was picked for one port if the others are something else.

My interest in the game evaporated the second he called Allegro an engine. :-/

I bought it. >:(

Looks pretty cool, although I must admit I can never really tell if I'm doing good or not in these type of games.

Worked flawlessly, fullscreen, perfect frame rate.

The name of the sound tracks get messed up. :-[

What libraries/engines are you using for the PC and MAC versions?

PC uses HGE
Mac & iOS were native ports done by D3T (Guys I used to work with)
Android uses Marmalade
PSN uses crap Sony libs

Moving forward I'm going to just use Allegro. Keeps things a lot tidier.
