Glad to hear these good news. I'm downloading this right now. My question is - do you plan adding skirmish or even multiplayer?

Multiplayer definitely no, its too much work. We needed this game to be completed as soon as possible to move to another project. We also don't have much spare time now.

We plan to release level editor to make skirmish possible. Still the editor will not be something nice. It's just an ugly tool we used to make levels.

Awesome. I've been waiting for the full version of this game for quite some time. The demo was very impressive, so I know this will be great.

The download is pretty slow. Would you like me to provide a mirror?

I'm downloading it now, but I'll probably be too busy to play until tomorrow or the next day.

Yes, that would be helpful. Please, send me a link then, so I could add it to the distortum site.

There's plenty of bandwidth for the time being, so don't be shy.

Hah, I guess it's too late to add feature suggestions... I just found some things missing in it that I sort of come to expect from strategy games.

But in any event, I really liked the presentation and already played through the first two missions. Certainly will be playing it more later on...

With just a little more work this game could easily have made a few bucks if it was released. I really enjoyed the game. Great job!

Thanks for the mirror, Elverion.

No problem. Based on bandwidth usage, it looks like it hasn't been used yet. Do you know how many downloads of your game you've had?

The game is great (other than being near impossible to beat). With a few more missions and a bigger variety of units and buildings, I'm sure you (or your team) could sell it.

I don't know how many downloads I have. I was too lazy to make any counters.

I (and my team) don't think it is so easy to sell a game nowdays. Strategy without multiplayer is something that no many people would buy.

I'll give it a try, but it will take me a few days to download it.

Do you mean networked games or do you mean allowing multiple players on a single computer? I don't really care about MMO stuff. I've only played a few games online and they're usually full of people with cheat mods that ruin any fun that it could have been.

I mean, playing on the LAN or over the internet.

Well, I certainly don't buy games just because they have networked multi-player stuff. What I find valuable are good story lines, lots of levels with good action and a degree of skill necessary to complete the campaigns. MMO stuff is really extraneous to me. Just wanted to let you know that not everyone is concerned with having those capabilities in a game. LAN is cool, but I never use it.

It's stored on the webzdarma.cz server, not allegro.cc

Looks nice. I'll test it when I come home.

Did you plan to release the sources? Maybe somebody can write a netgame patch or a less ugly editor.

Version 1.0.2 mirrored. The older version is still there, as well.

EDIT: I'm getting about 800kb/s download from my server, and only about 100kb/s from yours. Where is it located?

WebZdarma is located in the Czech Republic. So that could be the problem in speed.

Some day, I'll maybe release them. Or at least some portion of them.

Thanks again.

I didn't get to play much yet, but that opening sequence is very professional and cool!!

It took me 3 or 4 times to get the download to work.

I finished all 6 levels.

The key to most levels is cheap air power.

Its a shame they did not finish coding the game.
