4.2b4 binary builds for MinGW and MSVC

I have updated my Allegro build scripts so that I will be able to build 4.2 when it is released. In the meantime, here are some binaries:

Allegro 4.2.0 Beta 4

These include the header files and the static, profile, and debug versions of Allegro precompiled with DLLs. Documentation and examples are (will be) supplied via a separate download. They are compressed with 7-zip, so if you don't have it you'll need to download the self extracting exe version.

If you happen to use one of them, please confirm that they work.

Hey Matthew. After I got allegro working on my desktop, I went over to my laptop to try to install it. I got to the compiling stages and it seemed like it couldnt locate ANY of the header files, even after I made sure that the paths were right... So, after patiently copying and pasted the header files into the include directory, I ran across your post.

I downloaded the MSVC 7.1 (Tool kit for .NET 2003) Binary build.

My laptop works great now. I used it for MSVC8.

Thanks a lot Matthew
