You used the template, and on it you put " copyright robert a ferris iii 2004" Implying that the site and design was yours. You should make it clear that only the contents, and not the design was yours.. |

Yes, but he doesn't make that clear at all. If you saw a copyright notice on a website wouldn't you think that everything on the site, including the design, was included in that copyright? To me it's the normal way to view a copyright notice on a website. |

ok. I will change it. And just for the record, i had to do the design html and stylesheets for bafsoft.com myself. He just made the graphics. And the lion tamers site, they told me they wanted the same design. [edit] |

But if you do use them I think it's common courtesy to credit the author of the design on your site, and not give the impression that you've made it. |
