Absolutely, go ahead. It's "the community's" tutorial anyway (as it's on the wiki) - so if you're publishing it somewhere, would be good to link it from the start of the tutorial for any Pascal people.

I'm not aware of its current status, but there is also planet allegro. I don't know what Oates is up to with that these days. Last I knew it didn't support full html yet, only markdown.
