How do you compile amd emulate for Android using Visual Studio (2015 in this case). Have heard and read about android ndk and know its needed but as for actually linking it and the general process need help appreciate any help

It will probably be easier to install android studio and work with that. There is a README_android.txt in the Allegro5 sources that explains the steps. You might also want to install msys2 to have a Unix like command line environment.
