What are you expecting? Are you moving the window? If not then it would give the same number each time. If you're trying to find the mouse coordinate in the window use al_get_mouse_xy (EDIT: that function doesn't exist, you need al_get_mouse_state.) Otherwise I don't see how it's related to that other thread (which was fixed, at least a fix was committed but if it's wrong we'd like to know.)
