See now, if you had a uni-boob, your neckline wouldn't plunge normal like that. It would go down either side wile the middle went up to your neck (probably connecting to a thin neckline) so you'd essentially be trading cleavage for sideboob.

In the picture, we see hands massaging someone's back. The curve at the top right is their neck meeting their right shoulder. The other way to view the picture, is to imagine that the curve is actually the small of their back, and we are looking at their left hip. The hand obscure where the 'private parts' would be.
