I need the file cygcurl-2.dll to run centerICQ on windows could any one give me a link to download it or something becuse i realy need it.

Did you try the download page from curl? Look at the "Win32 - cygwin" files at the bottom of the list.

I can't upload files... But it's in the archive.

Note that the dll from the version with SSL is different than the one without. You'll have to try out which one of them you need.
