I haven't played the original, but the impression I get is that this must be a great conversion. Everything feels professionally done. Pure beat'em up's aren't my favourite though, so I can't give a perfect score.

Vigilante wasn't the best of the side-scrolling beat-em-ups of it's time. With that in mind this is still a perfect conversion of an imperfect game. A lot of fun and well worth a download.

Great game! It's difficult at the beginnig but after some practise, that's really fun. It looks verry professional. Amazing game. Congrats.

pretty good remake. graphics are quality, but the gameplay is kind of the same old after a while. its nice to know you can make games like this using allegro.

Yes graphics and sound and engine are great. Everything is smooth and beautyful. My problem is the concept of the game itself - that'S not very fun, just walking around and beating erverything that moves. Also is to hard for me.

Cool Remake. Great Gameplay (Maxbe a bit too hard on normal...) Also with great MOD Music. It's just one of these rare good and "finished" games. (At least, the engine works fine, there are only some levels missing)
