Author's Description: This is Revenge of the Ketchup 2: Tomato Paste, the sequal to my side scroller Revenge of the Ketchup. This game follows the same type of gameplay, a jumping and exploration side scroller. You must collect all of the fries and cheeses, while avoiding the evil tomatoes and other various enemies and get to the level exit.

This is version is just a wip demo, so all of the development shortcuts are still enabled.
The game is controlled with the arrow keys, and ctrl, if you hit any other key and something strage happens that's just because I didn't disable all of the development shortcuts for this release :)

Compared to the original Revenge, this game is vastly improved. All of the artwork is much better, and the gameplay physics are a lot smoother (he no longer handels like he weights 3 tons). There are many new features added, like moving platforms, animated powerups, jumping enemies, icey tiles, speed boost arrows, gas geysers, and much more.

Vastly updated from previous versions, this is a demo containing the first two levels. Changes are too numerous to list.

Public Opinion
Overall Rating: 7.3
  • 8The demo (first two levels) played well and there really isn't much to complain about. I look forward to the completed game.
  • 8Graphics are a bit on the average side but then again that's everyone's problem, including mine! Otherwise I think you got a pretty good balance on the scrolling. I have played it and, commenting from a strictly technical perspective, I think you did a pretty good job.
  • 6Zip file has an error!
