Author's Description: This program deals with the game "Planescape : Torment" animations.

The *.BAM files in this game are made up of special gradients. The game changes these gradients at run-time with other predefined gradients. For instance the skin of all characters is a yellow gradient. This program greatly helps to assign normal colors to the different special gradients.

It takes a BAM file of the game in input, then a screen appear where you can easily changes all layers colors. When you quit, a screenshot of the screen and another of the frame you were working on are created. You can also save all frames contained in the .BAM using your new set of colors (if you want to make an animated GIF for instance).

If you feel that I'm as clear as mud, you can check the documentation given at the link "PST color gradiants explained". It'll show you how to find the original colors in the game, and then reassign them to each character layers. Lots of screenshots and detailed procedure inside.
