Author's Description: This is a simple sort of OpenGL game where you pursue and two motorbikes in the woods in an attempt to shoot them. It is based on a ZX Spectrum game of the same name. It is actually finished in all but one respect - I haven't yet made time to increment the version number in the documentation.

Although it is an OpenGL game, it was originally designed for Allegro, and as such uses OpenGL only for rasterisation - taking the majority of the Allegro 3d maths functions with it, and hence being an 'Allegro game'.

This game is small and intended to be fun in short, sharp bursts. Any first generation 3d accelerator will do, even 3dfx.

  • 4Well, maybe the brightness on my monitor is off, but i couldnt see a thing the whole time, or find bad guys. But its a little entertaining crashing into trees.
  • 8Gameplay: truly inspired, the storyline adds so much! I've managed to destroy one bike on the hard level. The graphics aren't great, but that's kind of the point when porting old games. :) I'm going to see about a Unix (AllegroGL) version, as a test of AllegroGL. Cheers for the source! :)
  • 6It has alright graphics, could use some music tho and maybe a ground texture :P I played it for about 5 minutes, and didn't even know there were enemy motorcycles.. I was wondering what the point was for a bit :P Great how the file size is low tho.
