I just created a page on the wiki about how to configure your A5RC4 projects for VS 2008 using the prebuilt windows binaries. Hope some people find it useful and if anything there is incomplete or needs changed please let me know. I didn't upload any screenshots of the steps involved, but I could at a later date.
